Rosana is the Director of HR and Risk Management at Palette Hotels. Previously, she served as the Portfolio General Manager at Kasa, overseeing the financials and operations of over 200 professionally managed apartments and hotel rooms across more than 10 states. Before that, she was the Director of Community at Starcity, a pioneering co-living real estate concept later acquired by Common.

Rosana began her hospitality career in Miami’s iconic South Beach, quickly advancing to marketing manager roles for marquee properties, including W South Beach, Mondrian, and Shelborne. Her journey previously took her to Barcelona, Spain, where she worked in a multicultural setting for a leading luxury publication, broadening her international experience. She is fluent in English and Spanish, with a conversational knowledge of Italian and Portuguese.

Rosana holds a degree in Communications from California State University, Long Beach, and has completed her Master of Studies in Law at USC Gould School of Law. She is passionate about an active lifestyle, enjoying yoga, meditation, and surfing. When she's not exploring Los Angeles, she cherishes quality time with family and friends.
